A nonstandard approach to the problem concerning correlation between the global rise in the in temperature of the Earths surface and the Solar magnetic activity is proposed.By the theory of dynamical systems the forecasting both the Solar activity [1] and the global atmosphere temperature near the Earths surface are given.Although the similar forecasting problems have been considered earlier,the distinctive feature of our analysis is the comparison of the forecasting parameters using for both of these cases.The resemblance of these (equal in length) series to each other can be considered as an indirect confirmation of the dependence of the global rise in the Earths surface temperature on the Solar activity.
