一个典型砖厂的原料制备与成型工艺占砖厂总能耗的比例一般小于5%,然而,其这两个工艺所占砖厂的电能消耗却接近50%。显然,研发各种节能手段是非常有意义的。然而,如何做到最佳化的利用能源,并无捷径可走,需要消费者和生产者在各个环节都能采取节能且协调的各种措施。为此调查研究提供了一些新的节能改进措施与改进方向,再次唤起了人们研发新节能途径的永恒梦想。
The raw material preparation and forming process of a typical brick factory usually accounts for less than 5% of the total energy consumption of the brick factory, however, the power consumption of the brick and brick works at these two processes is close to 50%. Obviously, it is very meaningful to develop various energy-saving measures. However, there is no shortcut to how to make the best use of energy and it requires consumers and producers to adopt energy-saving and coordinated measures in all aspects.
