Tong-Feng-Li-Shi oral liquid, a combined prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, is prepared from medicinal herbs of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Fructus Crataegi and Semen vaccariae, and has been used for the treatment of hypeflipemia.At present study, a qualitative and quantitative method was developed for the quality control of Tong-Feng-Li-Shi oral liquid.Thin layer chromatography technique was used to qualitatively analyze Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Fructus Crataegi and Semen vaccariae in Tong-Feng-Li-Shi oral liquid with the reference herbs as positive control.
