无岩心钻进与取心钻进方法相比较,具有明显的优越性:可提高纯钻时间利用率,从而大幅度提高台效;提钻次数少,有利于孔壁稳定;有利于快速通过复杂地层;能缩短施工周期,降低钻探费用;能减轻工人体力劳动强度等。国外,对无岩心钻进十分重视,应用比较广泛,其中又以无岩心钻进配合气举反循环收集岩屑的方法已成为一种很重要的钻进方法。在我国,无岩心钻进还未得到广泛采用。但在某些老矿区地质情况已基本掌握的情况下,在那些根本不含勘探矿种的地层进行无岩心钻进完全是可行的。因此,应该重视无岩心钻进技术的研究。几年来,我们对φ66口径的无岩心钻进进行了一些研制工作,并在某矿区6级以内的红砂砾岩中(其间夹有7级)进行了2000多米的生产试验,取得了明显的技术经济效果。
