目的：急性T淋巴细胞白血病(T-ALL)是T细胞异常克隆性增殖形成而恶性程度高和预后较差的血液肿瘤.T-ALL患者中T细胞免疫功能及其TCR信号分子异常,A20(肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白3,TNFAIP3)作为NF-κB的负调控因子,参与对TCR信号的调控.
