Background Recently,the SYNTAX Score Ⅱ (SS-Ⅱ) was developed in an attempt to individualize and help the decision-making process between PCI and CABG.However,there is a paucity of data regarding the utility of SS-Ⅱ in patients undergoing LM-PCI.We sought to evaluate and confirm the prognostic capacity of the SS-Ⅱ among patients undergoing LM-PCI,and to compare its predictive capability to other existent scoring systems.
