贺兰山保护区岩羊(Pseudois nayaur)种群数量近年来增长很快,为了了解贺兰山保护区的岩羊种群的健康状况,从而更好的保护和管理岩羊种群,我们需要对岩羊种群的遗传多样性进行研究.我们在其近缘物种选出36对微卫星引物对收集到的岩羊粪便DNA样品进行PCR扩增.结果发现,有9对引物在岩羊粪便基因组DNA中扩增出了多态性位点.各位点基因杂合度介于0.26～0.95,平均杂合度为0.48,各位点多
