Objective: To explore the pathogenicity of anti-low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 4 (LRP4) antibody (LRP4-Ab) in myasthenia gravis (MG) by establishing an experimental autoimmune MG (EAMG) model in mice.Methods: Twelve female Balb/c mice were randomly divided into experimental and control groups with 6 mice in each group.The experimental mice were injected intraperitoneally with LRP4-Ab and control mice with normal saline.The clinical symptoms and body weight were recorded until 120 hours after injection.
