压气机转子装配过程中多余物控制

压气机叶片打伤是航空发动机使用过程中常见故障.从叶片损伤类型看,有缺口、掉脚、凹坑、裂纹等,且损伤位置分布在压气机叶片的每一级上.本文对发动机装配中发现的多余物进行了分类,分析多余物产生的因素和条件,介绍了压气机转子组件在装配工艺环节操作过程中实施控制多余物的实际操作要求,并通过实施有效的检查方法对多余物进行控制和排除,以保证压气机转子的交付质量.
