T细胞急性淋巴细胞白血病(T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia,T-ALL)占儿童期ALL的15％左右,指的是肿瘤细胞表达CD3,CD7,CD2,CD5等标志的ALL.T-ALL男孩较多,年龄较大,白细胞增多明显,常有纵隔肿块.早年间T-ALL作为高危ALL处理.采用更强烈的化疗方案治疗以来,儿童T-ALL的治疗效果相似于、略低于前体B-ALL (Precursor B cell ALL).
