  Amyloid-β peptides (A β), plays an important role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer disease (AD).Inflammation is also believed to be integral to the pathogenesis of AD.It was showed that Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a strong inducer of in flammation, stimulated A β releases dose-dependently in PC12 and rat cortical neurons (RCNs) , and induced significant relea ses of endogenous LTD4 in vitro.
