  The solid solutions based on chalcogenides of bismuth and antimony are traditional materials for solid state coolers and thermoelectric generators.A lot of experimental and theoretical papers show that nanostructuring of such materials leads to increase of the thermoelectric figure of merit.In the present paper the following factors that can improve the thermoelectric figure of merit of the studied materials are systemized and estimated:1.Electron tunneling between grain boundaries.
