新型水泥基复合材料(CGM)可用作富水破碎地层的堵水注浆充填材料。为了研究CGM注浆材料的最佳注浆性能,运用正交实验设计了注浆材料的配比实验,通过实验结果得出:CGM注浆材料的最佳配比为:熟料83.71%,钢渣微粉5.68%,羟基高聚物4.12%,羟基氯化物0.21%,硫酸盐6.28%。采用此配比可以满足浆液高黏度、低析水率以及高结石体强度的性能要求。CGM注浆材料主要成分为冶金废弃物钢渣微粉,可满足地下工程大面积注浆时的高经济性要求。
New cement-based composites (CGM) can be used as a water-blocking grouting material in water-rich fractured formations. In order to study the best grouting property of CGM grouting material, orthogonal experiment was used to design the proportioning experiment of grouting material. The experimental results show that the best proportion of CGM grouting material is 83.71% of clinker, 5.68% of fine powder, 4.12% of hydroxyl polymer, 0.21% of hydroxy chloride and 6.28% of sulfate. Using this ratio to meet the high viscosity slurry, low rate of water and high stone body performance requirements. The main component of CGM grouting material is metallurgical waste steel slag powder, which can meet the high economical requirement of large area grouting in underground engineering.
