We address the problem of predicting new drug target interactions from three inputs: known interactions,similarities over drugs and over targets.This problem has been considered by a lot of methods recently which however have a common drawback that prediction is done by two independent directions, one being from drugs and the other from targets, resulting in that drug-target "interactions" cannot be captured thoroughly.
