  Dietary organic acids and their salt have been recognized as beneficial in animal production including aquaculture as they confer such benefits as improved feed utilization, growth, immunity response and change gut microbiota.Effect of organic acids and their salt on oxidized oil stress in aquaculture is unknown.The objective of this study was to evaluate effects of two type sodium bntyrate microencapsulations (SBM) (1.5h and 3h sustainedrelease, 300g/t feed) on growth performance, variation of gut bacteria community, gut immunity response and gut morphology changes of Jian carp (Cyprinus carpio Var.Jian) at normal and oxidized oil stress status for 10-weeks feed trial.At normal status, SBM1.5 improved growth and reduced FCR significant (P<0.05) while SBM3 have slight effects.Oxidized oil stress caused lower WG and FCR, destroyed the mucosa and microvilli, and induced higher expression of HSP70 and cytokine genes.Both SBM1.5 and SBM3 improved the intestine health after oxidized oil stress, improved the growth performance significantly to those of normal status.Although effects was slight on gut microbiota of Jian carp dietary with SBM, SBM1.5 showed downregulated expression level of HSP70 and cytokine genes fish under oxidized oil stress.Based on these results, we tended to select SBM1.5 as supplement in aquaculture feed.
