  钙和钙/调素依赖型蛋白激酶(calcium and Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase,CCaMK)是调控豆科植物根瘤以及菌根共生形成的重要信号传导因子。作为CCaMK功能调控的核心,钙依赖的自磷酸化促进CCaMK与钙调素的结合。最近,我们发现了豆科模式植物苜蓿(Medicago truncatula)钙和钙/调素依赖型蛋白激酶(MtCCaMK)中钙调素结合结构域上S344位点的自磷酸化对CCaMK功能的调控机制。
