In this paper, the documentation and logical analysis methods are adopted to introduce the domestic researches on the relationship among movements, type Ⅱ diabetes and complication, with the purposes to provide basis for the clinical diabetic patients to select safe and effective exercise therapy and give new ideas to the diabetic exercise therapy.
