The jointly application of chromatographic and electrophoretic methods allows carrying out the diagnostic of different adrenal deseases.Thus chromatographic profile of corticosteroids (cortisol (F), cortisone (E), corticosterone (B), l l-deoxycorticosterone (DOC), l l-deoxycortisole (S)) achived by analysis of serum and urine permit to judge about the state of adrenal cortex, whereas catecholamines spectrum (dopamine (DA), noradrenaline (NA), adrenaline (A)) gives a picture of cerebral cortex state.
