如何让教师原来自觉的书案备课变为行政执行的“正规书案”备课,其形式变化了,但备课实质并没有发生改变。笔者认为只要注重引领,推行不搞形式化,把握备课最终实质,加强监督评价,才能真正达到不断提高教师吃透教材、把握教材、驾驭课堂的教学水平。书案就是在教科书中相应的地方标注重点、注解或说明(如字音、字义、形近字、多音字、词句解释、练习等等),在上课时,这本书就是你的教案,
