肾移植患者住院期间的精神护理分析

【摘要】

：

目的:通过心理干预对肾移植患者进行术前及术后的护理,评价其对患者心理障碍的治疗效果.方法:选取我院2012年8月至2014年3月实行肾移植手术的患者,分别于入院第1天及出院前1天填写症状自评量表SCL90,由护理人员整理记录.住院期间由护理人员通过向患者介绍肾移植相关知识,消除患者的压力及恐惧,根据不同患者的不同问题,采取个性化的精神疏导内容.收集到的数据采用SPSS18.0软件进行统计学分析.
