重钢在对老企业进行全面的技术改造中,注意抓好以炼铁为中心的基础部份的配套改造。根据重钢“七五”技术改造的设想,到“七五”末期,炼铁生产能力将达到100万吨/年以上,主要有以下三十个改造项目:新建5号高炉并对原有两座高炉进行改造;提高炼铁生产能力和技术装备水平;新建三烧2×105米~2烧结机以代替原有4台分散落后的烧结机;新建现代化的综合原料场,集中解决原燃料的贮存转运和混匀问题。我们在工作中坚持全面规划,分步实施。把改造的重点放在原料部份。坚持了内涵挖潜为主,依靠技术进步,树立时间效益的关点,加快技术改造的步伐,以期取得更好的经济效益。
