　　We synthesized a novel tridecapeptide modified Au clusters and verified their molecular formula.On top of this,we successfully identified the unique biological properties of the Au cluster,i.e.it can penetrate the membrane,specifically when complexed with TrxR1 and suppress its activity,leading to the higher level of ROS and cell apoptosis.
