基于WAMS的发电机组一次调频在线监测与考核系统设计与应用

针对目前一次调频考核系统不能准确反映和全面评估一次调频能力的问题,本文在加强网源协调管理,规范和提高发电机组及其控制系统监测技术水平要求下,介绍了基于广域测量系统的一次调频在线监测和考核系统.该系统是以东北电网智能调度技术支持系统为平台,在线读取广域测量系统动态数据,通过机组出力变化特征评估机组一次调频性能指标,并定义了有效扰动来判断一次调频事件,监测机组实时运行状态.考虑到机组实际运行的情况,制
