膀胱癌是我国泌尿生殖系统最常见的肿瘤,其发病率和死亡率均居泌尿肿瘤首位.膀胱癌的演进是多阶段多基因参与的结果,其中DNA损伤应答过程的异常可通过影响细胞周期、凋亡和DNA修复等重要生命活动导致肿瘤基因组的高度不稳定,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关.
