【摘 要】
：
目的：总结前路螺钉内固定治疗齿状突骨折的经验，评价该手术的安全性和疗效。方法：回顾性分析了我院从2000年12月至2006年6月28例前路螺钉内固定治疗的Ⅱ型和浅Ⅲ型枢椎齿突骨折病例。对其骨折愈合率、手术并发症、临床结果进行评价。结果：平均随访15.3个月，全部骨折愈合，无术中及术后并发症，无内固定螺钉松动、移位或断裂。所有病人的颈椎活动范围满意。结论：前路螺钉内固定是治疗Ⅱ型和浅Ⅲ型枢椎齿突骨折
