Two novel donor-acceptor(D-A)-type two-dimensional(2-D)copolymers of PTPATBDTDTBT and PTPATBDT-DFTBT were synthesized and characterized,in which hyperconjugated 4-thienyltriarylamine substituted benzodithiophene(TPATBDT)as the donor unit,4,7-di(thiophen-2-yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole(DTBT)and 5,6-difluoro-4,7-di(thiophen-2-yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]-thiadiazole(DFTBT)as the acceptor units.
