目的:研究老年女性系统实施预防性运动处方(以简化24式太极拳为主要运动项目)前后睾酮、皮质醇、β-内啡肽的变化及心理应激,以探讨预防性运动处方对内分泌、神经系统的影响和心理应激.方法:征集非体育人口女志愿者122人,年龄在52-75岁间,分运动组(66人)与对照组(56人),运动组接受专人指导的为期20周的3次/周、30-50分钟/次的简化24式太极拳练习.第一阶段(8周)主要学习24式太极拳基本动作;第二阶段(12周)是系统练习24式太极拳,实施个性化运动处方,增加运动强度和运动量,运动强度以芬兰产polar心率遥测系统控制,要求锻炼过程中心率达到(220-年龄)×(50%~60%),即心率在79-95次/分钟间;完成第一阶段练习并经考核及格后方能进入第二阶段.对照组保持原生活方式.用化学发光法在罗氏2010上测定睾酮、皮质醇;用Elisa试剂盒测定β-内啡肽;按心理测试要求进行《生活质量综合评定问卷—74》量表、症状自评量表测试与评价.用spss10.0统计软件包进行统计处理,数据以均数±标准差(X±S)表示,组内实验前后数据比较采用配对T检验.结果:20周练习后,(1)运动组睾酮含量轻微增加、皮质醇轻微下降;对照组睾酮非常显著下降、皮质醇轻微增加;(2)实验组心理健康的痛苦症状指数和各因子水平轻微下降,但无显著性差异;(3)实验组心理功能维度显著提高,生活质量综合评定总分明显高于对照组,P<0.05;(4)运动组β-内啡肽的增加有非常显著意义(P<0.01).结论:运动处方干预可:(1)防止机体蛋白质合成能力的较快下降,对维持机体的功能有积极作用;(2)太极拳锻炼可明显提高内啡肽水平,β-Ep可能是介导适宜运动改善体质状态的一个重要因素;(3)太极拳锻炼可明显提高心理应激水平,改善生活质量,对心理健康有一定的作用,心理功能维度的明显变化是取得生活质量良好综合效益主要影响因素.
