针对 TC4合金钛锭生产中所用钛屑起弧料 ,在 X射线检验照相中所存在的难题 ,提出底片象质改善方法 ,并进行了不同照相工艺对比实验。结果表明 ,采用小焦点的射线源、低速、微粒胶片 ,加用射线吸收块减少散射线剂量等技术措施 ,可提高底片对比度 ;对松装厚度为 5 0~ 70 mm的螺旋形卷状钛屑试样 ,可检测出颗粒尺寸为 0 .2 5 mm的碳化钨高密度夹杂
In order to solve the problems existing in X-ray examination of the titanium filings used in the production of titanium ingots for TC4 alloy, a method of improving the quality of the negatives was proposed and comparative experiments of different photographic processes were carried out. The results show that the contrast of the film can be improved by using small focus radiation source, low speed, microparticle film and radiation absorption block to reduce the dose of scattered radiation. The sample can detect high-density tungsten carbide inclusions with a particle size of 0.52 mm
