大多数小分子药物通过与生物分子相互作用而发挥作用，准确表征这些作用可以从分子水平上阐明各类生命现象及药物作用机理。电喷雾质谱已成为研究溶液中非共价相互作用的常用工具之一，然而，常规电喷雾质谱的离子化过程往往不利于分子间弱的非共价相互作用研究和不稳定生物分子天然构象的保持[1-3]。
