文章以锡耶纳医院为例，讲述了意大利托斯卡纳大区的紧急救护体系。首先介绍了在整个托斯卡纳大区，救护车和医疗车、急诊室等的分布情况以及其救护流程。在此基础上详细描述了锡耶纳医院的紧急救护情况。指出托斯卡纳大区的急救体系是一个全民参与，空中和地面结合的立体的急救体系，政府和地方的大力投入和支持使得托斯卡纳急救体系得以很好的运转。
文章旨在探讨评价中心静脉压、连续有创动脉血压和PiCCO心输出量监测在危重手足口病患儿临床救治过程中的应用价值。通过对某院2009年01月-2011年12月95例收住PICU的危重手足口病患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结分析危重手足口病患儿中心静脉压、连续有创动脉血压和PiCCO心输出量监测的应用情况,并对不同监测途径相关临床应用价值进行比较分析。结果表明危重手足口病存在高发病率、高病死率和高呼
文章首先对Toll基因的结构进行了简要介绍，指出其识别微生物的某些成分并通过一定的信号通道启动防御机制，从而起到抗微生物的作用。在此基础上讲述了Toll不同受体的存在部位，着重介绍了Toll样受体4与氧化损伤关系，指出TLRs是固有免疫系统的关键成分，识别不同的微生物结构引起快速反应并启动获得性免疫系统。且通过对Tlr4基因突变小鼠的研究发现TLR4能特异识别LPS.
