We investigate the electronic and magnetic structures of BaTi2As20 using full-potential linearized augmented plane-wave method. Our calculations show that there is Fermi surface nesting emerging in nonmagnetic phase.Through further spin susceptibility analysis, its determined that the nesting vector(0.5,0,0)or(0,0.5,0)dominates the ground-state magnetic stucture.
