为了探讨黑线仓鼠空间记忆能力与时间的关系及性别差异,我们利用经典morris水迷宫实验对黑线仓鼠空间记忆能力进行了研究.实验分为空间学习记忆测定实验(定位航行实验)和空间记忆保持测定实验(探索实验),实验结果表明黑线仓鼠空间学习记忆能力与实验天数存在极显著的负相关,各实验天数之间存在显著差异.四天空间学习记忆能力实验发现性别之间存在显著差异,第四天雌性逃避潜伏期显著短于雄性.雌雄个体在经过平台次数
