利用燃烧合成技术成功合成了TiC和Al2O3颗粒增强的NiAl基复合材料,并运用热力学原理对反应最终产物及反应绝热温度、产生的液相量进行了分析,利用透射电镜(TEM)对产物的微观形貌进行了观察,初步探讨了反应机制。
The TiC and Al2O3 particles reinforced NiAl matrix composites were successfully synthesized by combustion synthesis technology. The final products of reaction and the adiabatic temperature and liquid phase were analyzed by thermodynamics. The microstructure of the products was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Morphology was observed, the initial reaction mechanism.
