条纹斑竹鲨是一种浅海底栖小型鲨鱼,能够产生免疫球蛋白新抗原受体(Ig New Antigen Receptor IgNAR)其特点是仅由重链组成,是目前已知的尺寸最小的抗体分子。我们通过对鲨鱼脾脏及淋巴细胞进行转录组测序,比对分析获得数条鲨鱼IgNAR序列,针对已知序列设计特异性引物。提取鲨鱼脾脏及淋巴细胞RNA,进行RT-PCR,对鲨鱼抗体进行鉴定。
