本研究根据法庭科学鉴定的需要，以阿特拉津（莠去津）、乙草胺、丁草胺、2，4-D为代表，详细研究了柱温程序对其测定的影响。在佳化分析条件基础上，建立的各除草剂的GC/MS分析法，其检测限ng。已在一批毁苗、减产、绝产等刑事案件鉴定中获得很好应用。
