管线钢热轧板卷有“边裂”缺陷,边裂均发生在对应铸坯的下表面,利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对管线钢边部缺陷研究分析表明,管线钢“边裂”缺陷是由于铸坯角部裂纹所致。测定了铸坯运行至弯曲段和矫直段时的铸坯表面温度,采用GLEEBLE热/力模拟试验机进行了管线钢铸坯高温力学性能测定,结果表明,铸坯运行至弯曲段时角部温度位于该钢种第Ⅲ脆性温度区间内。通过对铸坯角部加强冷却后,铸坯角部温度低于第Ⅲ脆性温度,从而使得铸坯外弧的角横裂纹得到了有效改善。
