Objective:To investigate the clinical features of nasal involvement in IgG4-related disease(IgG4-RD).Methods:In total of 206 IgG4-RD patients who were enrolled in a cohort study in Peking Union Medical College Hospital,45 presented nasal/paranasal sinus disease.The clinical,laboratory,histopathological,radiological features and treatment were analyzed.The difference of patients with nasal involvement and those without were compared.
