：
真实蜂蜜与掺假蜂蜜是蜂蜜行业的一个重要问题。用于蜂蜜掺假的糖浆生产配方已经改变，使得这类糖浆不再含有具体的标志物复合物。为此，收集了一系列的糖浆样品并进行了掺假试验。与真实蜂蜜参考数据库同时使用，核磁共振分析可以检测不同类型的蜂蜜掺假，比如蜜蜂喂食或者添加糖，并可同时提供其他有关地理和植物原产地等信息。
