The PSCs based on P3HT/ICBA were fabricated with additive treatment instead of solvent annealing,the optimized PSC based on P3HT: IC70BA(1: 1,w/w)with 3 vol%CN as additive exhibits a high FF of 75%and PCE of 7.40%[1]; The PSCs based on P3HT/IC60BA were fabricated with non-halogenated solvents and additive,upon using 1 vol%N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP)as solvent additive in the toluene solvent,the PCE of the PSCs can reach up to 6.6%[2]; the blend of PBDTTT-C-T and PC71BM was chosen as the model system to explore the effects of variation of surface composition on photovoltaic performance of the PSCs.When using 3 vol%DIO as additive,the PCE of the inverted PSC based on PBDTTT-C-T/PC71BM can reached up to 9.13%[3].
