Introduction In clinic,ahelmoschus manihot (L.) medic (AM) is widely uscd for treatments of inflarnmatory diseases in China as a medicinal plant [1].Huangkui capsule (HKC) is a Chinese traditional patent medicine extracted from AM,and its main bioactiv e components.snch as the total flav ones of AM (TFA) are subjected to standardization in the productive process [2].

目的：鉴定类孟买血型，方法：对1例ABO正反定型不相符患者，用单克隆抗体检测红细胞ABH及Lewis抗原；用A、B、O型红细胞检测ABO血型抗体及不规则抗体；用吸收放散试验检测红细胞弱A、弱B抗原；结果该患者为B型类孟买血型。结论 ABO血型鉴定时坚持正、反定型可避免定错血型，对B型类孟买的准确鉴定有赖于多种血型血清学技术。
