0bjective:To investigate the clinical impact of blood transfusion in chronic renal failure(CRF),through analysis of the change of biochemical indicators before and after transfusion. Methods:collected 378 medical records of chronic renal failure inpatient in recent two years from Jan 2013 to Jan 2015 in our hospital, the indexes of Hemoglobin,Albumin,Serum creatinine and Saturation of Peripheral Oxygen(SpO2)before and after transfusion was analyzed and statistic. Results: 234 patients were received erythrocyte transfusion, and 144 patients were treated with plasma transfusion.Erythrocyte transfusion significantly increased hemoglobin and Sp02 while decreased serum creatinine.Plasma transfusion improved albumin level and reduced serum creatinine.81.2%patients hemoglobin was lower than 60 g/L before transfusion, and which hemoglobin was substantially improved after erythrocyte transfusion. However other patients with higher hemoglobin than 60 g/L was little rose up in hemoglobin after erythrocyte transfusion.Plasma transfusion improved the blood coagulation state in CRF patients with liver injury, however this improvement was not shown in CRF patients without hepatic damage. Conclusion: Erythrocyte transfusion improves anemia caused by CRF,and plasma transfusion restores the coagulation state in CRF patients with liver injury.CRF has complex and different symptom,we should tightly control the blood transfusion according to the individual anemia, and blood coagulation state.
