Sclerotinia stem rot of oilseed rape (Brassica napus) has a strong negative impact on seed yield and quality. In this study, quantitative trait loci (QTL) analyses concerning the Sclerotinia resistance and flowering time were carried out in 2010 and 2011 in a doubled haploid (DH) population of rapeseed which consisted of 261 lines.Significant positive correlation was found between stem resistance (SR) tested under controlled condition and natural resistance (NR) assisted in the field, while notable negative correlations were detected for flowering time (FT) with stem resistance and natural resistance to Sclerotinia stem rot.
