粉末冶金Ti-45Al-7Nb-0.3W合金板材组织和力学性能研究

采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和力学拉伸实验等方法对轧态粉末冶金Ti-45Al-7Nb-0.3W合金板材的微观组织、力学性能及变形机制进行了研究.结果表明,合金板材在700℃时,屈服强度达到670MPa,抗拉强度达到874MPa,显示出良好的高温力学性能;合金韧脆转变温度(BDTT)处于800℃-850℃之间;当合金板材在BDTT以下变形时,变形组织中存在大量的位错和变形孪晶;当合金板材在BDTT以上变形时,变形组织中出现层片扭折及动态再结晶现象.
