Background and purpose Fluoropyrimidine (5-fluorouracil and capecitabine FU)-based preoperative chemoradiotherapy(CRT) is the standard modality to treat locally advanced rectal cancer(LACR), but the distant matastasis rate is still higher.To further improve the curative effect, oxaliplatin(OX) was investigated to combined with fluoropyrimidine-based chemoradiotherapy for LACR.

目的 应用KV级CBCT研究改良后发泡胶在NPC放疗体位固定中精确度的影响.方法 选取48例鼻咽癌患者在放疗定位和摆位时,使用改良后发泡胶和单一发泡胶,与头颈肩热塑面罩联合进行个体化体位固定.随机选取两种发泡胶固定方法患者在放疗最初3次以及以后每周1次用CBCT系统验证摆位误差,采集左右(X)、前后(Y)以及上下(Z)三轴方向上的误差数据进行独立样本t检验.

目的 通过采用自行改装后的体板结合真空垫及热塑膜的固定装置与采用臂部支撑装置两种不同体位固定方式的比较,讨论分析胸部肿瘤放疗中的摆位误差.方法 选择肺及食道胸部肿瘤患者19例,随机分成两组,分别采用体板+真空垫+体部热塑膜固定(A组),臂部支撑装置固定(B组)进行摆位和治疗.利用千伏级锥形束CT(CBCT)采集治疗前、后的图像,并与计划CT图像配准,对治疗前及治疗后的体位误差进行统计分析.
