为落实“十七大”“从基层和生产一线选拔优秀干部充实各级党政领导机关”的要求,从2010年开始,中央机关分3批面向省、市、县、乡公开遴选289名具有基层工作经验的公务员。2011年,安徽等23个省区市也开展了公开遴选试点,遴选职位2000多个。遴选坚持公开透明,具有极高的公信度和影响力,在社会上引起强烈反响,取得了良好效果。笔者认为,继续实施好公开遴选工作,需要从以下几个方面进一步完善。
