根据上海H区来沪家政服务人员职业技能培训状况的实地调研数据,在对影响家政人员培训意愿的因素进行理论分析的基础上,采用SPSS16.0中频数统计对数据进行描述性分析,通过Pearson检验进一步剖析了四大潜在影响因素与核心变量培训意愿之间的相关性。研究结果表明,影响来沪家政服务人员职业技能培训意愿的因素按关联度由大到小分别为:情感因素、认知因素、行为意向因素;而个人因素涵盖的六项分指标虽与培训意愿存有些许关联,但均不具有统计学意义,即培训意愿的强弱与自身原因之间基本不相关。
According to the field survey data on the vocational skills training of domestic service workers in Shanghai H district based on the theoretical analysis of the factors influencing the training desire of domestic workers, the data were analyzed descriptively by SPSS16.0 intermediate frequency statistics. The results show that the factors influencing the willingness to vocational skills training for domestic service workers in Shanghai are: emotional factors, cognitive factors and behavioral intention factors according to the degree of relevance; while the six sub-indicators covered by personal factors are related to the training intention There are some associations, but none of them have statistical significance, that is, the strength of training intention is basically irrelevant to their own reasons.
