Acetylacetone has been found to be a selective solvent for molybdenum (Mo) in ferrous materials [1].The solvent of Mo from aqueous media of roasted Mo requires low solubility of water,because the higher water solubility lowers their extractive potential.Accordingly,Liquid + liquid equilibrium (LLE) data for the solubility curves and tie-line compositions were examined for mixtures of bin ary and ternary at T =298.15 K and atmospheric pressure,(101.3 ± 0.7) kPa.The experimental data have been correlated by Non Random Two Liquid (NRTL) and UNIversal QUAsi Chemical (UNIQUAC) models[2].
