Polymers grafted on a surface have been studied for a long time both experimentally and theoretically owning to its importance in variety of industrial and biological applications.In our previous work[1], the contribution of curved neutral polymer brush to the bending rigidity of its grafting surface was investigated by use of self-consistent field theory (SCFT) based on an curvature expansion around planar brush.Further investigation has been focusing on the curvature elasticity of a polyelectrolyte brush monolayer attached to curved surfaces[2].
