Angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of hypertension and its associated cardiovascular and renal injury.To elucidate the molecular mechanism by which Ang Ⅱ induces renal damage,we determined expression profile of genes involved in arachidonic acid metabolism in the kidneys of mice receiving chronic Ang Ⅱ infusion for 14 days.
