炉内换热器管道气体绕流风吹声特性研究

炉管泄漏在运动过程中经过换热器管道,由于绕流所形成的次级辐射声会大大影响声场的声辐射特征.本文应用Fluent流体仿真软件,模拟炉内高温环境,基于二维大涡模拟分析管道周围非定常湍流流场,建立基于Lighthill声类比理论的气动噪声数值分析模型,利用涡声理论以及FW-H方程积分外推法求解声场.主要研究了管道绕流风吹声的流场以及声场特性.分析数值仿真结果表明:管道绕流在涡脱落频率下产生的噪声最大;平行于流向上的声辐射效应远大于垂直于流向;管道绕流声辐射具有一定的对称性;管道绕流声场的声辐射指向性呈现出类似声偶极子的辐射特性.
